Terms of Service

Welcome to WealthCertifier ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WealthCertifier website, services, and digital products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

WealthCertifier offers digital "wealth certification" packages for informational and entertainment purposes only. Each certificate is a personalised PDF that you generate, preview, and download from your dashboard. Our certificates are not legally binding, not financial advice, and not proof of actual net worth. We do not verify anyone's finances, and we never will.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Sign-in

Creating and purchasing a certificate requires an account. We do not use passwords. You sign in either with Google, or with a single-use sign-in link sent to your email address, which expires 30 minutes after it is issued.

• You must provide an accurate email address that you control.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and your sign-in links.
• Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Payment & Pricing

• Current prices for each tier are shown on our pricing page. All prices are charged in U.S. dollars (USD), inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payments are taken by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
• Your card is charged in full before a certificate is marked as issued.
• Prices may change at any time. A change never affects a purchase already completed.
• If your bank charges a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, that fee is between you and your bank and is not refundable by us.

5. Delivery

Every certificate is delivered digitally. Once payment succeeds, the certificate is marked as issued on your dashboard and you can preview and download the PDF from there as many times as you like, for as long as your account exists. Delivery is normally immediate, but may be delayed by technical or network conditions, or by the time your payment provider takes to confirm the charge.

On the Gold Elite and Platinum Absurd Wealth tiers we additionally print the certificate, frame it, and post it to you at no extra cost. No address is collected at checkout: we contact you at your account email address after payment to ask for a shipping address and to agree delivery with you. We use that address only to send the framed certificate. If you do not reply, or you decline to give an address, the purchase still stands as a digital certificate. Dispatch and delivery times are arranged individually and are not guaranteed to any fixed date, and we may decline to ship to a destination we cannot reasonably reach.

On the Honorary Rich and Bronze Rich tiers the certificate is digital only: nothing is posted to you and nothing is emailed to you.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, the following applies under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

• By completing your purchase you expressly request that we supply the digital certificate immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply has begun.
• Supply is treated as having begun when your payment succeeds and the certificate becomes available to preview or download from your dashboard.
• If you have paid but the certificate has not been made available to you, contact us and we will either fix the problem or refund you in full.
• The framed print included with Gold Elite and Platinum Absurd Wealth is a physical good made to your personalised details. If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will replace it or refund that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if the digital content supplied is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Duplicate or clearly accidental charges are always refunded.

7. Your Content

You choose the title, name, and date of birth printed on your certificate. You are responsible for that content and you confirm that you have the right to use it. You must not use the name or identity of a real person without their permission, and you must not use a certificate to suggest that any statement on it has been verified by us or by anyone else. We may refuse, remove, or revoke a certificate that breaches this section.

8. Disclaimers

Our certificates are for novelty and entertainment purposes only. They confer no status, membership, qualification, or accreditation. We make no guarantee that any third party will recognise or accept them, and we make no representation about the truth of anything printed on them, because the content is supplied by you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthCertifier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service the claim relates to.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, certificate designs, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to WealthCertifier. On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, print, and share your own certificate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell our certificates, sell certificate generation as a service, or reproduce our designs or templates for your own products.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Fraudulent or deceptive purposes, including presenting a certificate as genuine proof of wealth or identity
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, defaming, or humiliating another person
• Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or attempts to bypass our rate limits or security controls
• Violating any laws or regulations

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings; it is erased permanently 5 days later, and until then an accidental deletion can be reversed if you contact us. Records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes survive deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
