About WealthCertifier

A small studio making one thing well: a personalised novelty certificate that looks good enough to frame and is honest enough to laugh at.

Why This Exists

Gag certificates have been around forever, and almost all of them look like they were made in five minutes: a clip-art border, a default font, a seal that fools nobody. They get a laugh, then they get binned.

WealthCertifier started in 2025 from the opposite idea. Make the joke, but make the object good: a real serif typeface, a considered layout, a unique certificate ID, and a print-ready A4 PDF that survives being framed. The humour is the wealth tier. The craft is the part we take seriously.

It is run by a small team, not a corporation. If you email us, a person reads it and a person replies. If your certificate comes out wrong, we fix it.

Exactly What You Get

No mystery. This is the real layout, rendered from the same template your PDF is produced with.

Who Is Behind It

Piero Nanni

Founder

Piero Nanni builds and runs WealthCertifier: the certificate templates, the site itself, and the guides published here. The support email reaches the same person, not a queue.

The brief has not changed since 2025. Gag certificates are usually made in five minutes and look it. Making the object good, while keeping the joke honest and clearly labelled as a novelty, is the entire job.

Where We Draw the Line

Owning and gifting a clearly-labelled novelty certificate is legal. Using one to deceive is not, and no wording on this site changes that.

Fine, and what it is for

  • A gag gift for a birthday, promotion, retirement, stag or hen do.
  • A party prop, an office wall piece or a desk keepsake.
  • A film, theatre or photo-shoot prop.
  • A framed in-joke for the friend who buys themselves everything.

Not fine, and we will not help

  • Implying real net worth to a bank, lender or landlord.
  • Any official, financial, tax or immigration application.
  • Impersonating a real authority, institution or qualification.
  • Anything whose purpose is to make someone believe it is genuine.
